Once upon a time this was the only house on the street. Over the years 3 more were built, bringing the total properties on Karch St to 4. Two doors down the owners grandfather lived at what is now number 35, and he has lived on Karch for 80 years. It must be a great neighbourhood! There have been regular updates since this solid yellow brick 3-bedroom home was built, including electrical, plumbing, windows, roof shingles, all done in recent years. It could do with a little smartening up but with the huge lot that offers an opportunity to build a 2nd house, or to do an addition to this one, it may be something worthwhile looking at. Hespeler is a lovely little village with quaint shops and restaurants, that has been getting better and better over recent years, and with the trails and Mill Pond it has a lot to offer nature lovers.
