Transportation

The preferred transportation option in St. John's is usually a car. The majority of homes for sale are a rather short car ride from the nearest highway, such as Lincoln M Alexander Parkway, and it is especially convenient to find a place to park. In contrast, St. John's is not very transit friendly. Nevertheless, the neighbourhood is served by a few bus lines, and bus stops are not very far from most houses. This part of the city is not very suitable for walking since few common errands can be run on foot. However, St. John's is reasonably bike-friendly.

Services

Families will value that wherever their house is located in St. John's, schools and daycares are close by. In terms of eating, it is rarely practical for property owners in this part of Hamilton to access the closest supermarket on foot. Nevertheless, it is generally a rather short distance to the nearest pharmacy, which can provide some basic food items. There are also a few restaurants and coffee shops in St. John's.
