Transportation

The best way to navigate this part of Hamilton is usually a car. Nearby highways, such as Highway 403, are reasonably easy to drive to from any home in this part of the city, and it is very easy to access a parking spot. On the other hand, travelling by transit can be very difficult in this neighbourhood as a result of the low service level. Thankfully, there are a few bus lines traversing the neighbourhood. It is at times challenging to commute by bicycle in this area as there is a significant amount of slopes, and there are very few bike lanes. Most homes for sale in this neighbourhood are located in places that are also not very conducive to those who travel by foot since carrying out daily needs is difficult.

Services

This part of Hamilton does not contain any high schools or primary schools. Furthermore, there are only a very small number of daycares and accordingly they can be a very long walk away. Concerning food, in all cases, a car is required to shop for groceries.

Character

Most areas in Skunk's Misery are reasonably quiet, as there isn't a lot of street noise or city clamour - although that is not the case near Highway 403. Parks aren't well-distributed, resulting in them being occasionally difficult to reach from most locations in this area. Despite that, there are around 10 green spaces nearby for residents to discover, such as Robert E. Wade Ancaster Community Park.
