Richard Munden was born and raised in Halifax and like many young motivated successful sales people, moved to Toronto for 5 years to join the head office of the company he worked for in Halifax. With his continued sales track record and reputation for integrity, he was head hunted by a large international Luxury partnership company as president to run their Luxury North American sales in Vancouver, BC.After 7 successful years at the helm Richard was ready to invest in his entrepreneurial spirit and started his own business in 2010 which then brought him back to his roots in Halifax where he resides with his wonderful wife and two children. Richard has almost 40 years of sales experience in the interiors and building industry and has always been passionate about real estate. Through the years he has bought and sold homes in Hawaii, Vancouver, Halifax successfully and profitably. He has had a focus on Luxury consumer products and finishes for almost 20 years and has a keen eye for quality product and craftsmanship.Richard is ready to work diligently to make buying or selling your home the most positive experience it can be.
